As an accomplished scientific strategist with over three decades of experience in microbiology and probiotics research, I have dedicated my career to advancing our understanding of the microbiome and probiotic applications. My career spans pioneering research projects, from developing antimicrobial solutions to conducting clinical studies on beneficial bacteria for human health.
With extensive experience in both industry and academia, I am passionate about helping businesses and individuals succeed in the dynamic probiotic and microbiome sectors. My goal is to translate complex scientific knowledge into practical, actionable solutions that drive real results.
With my fluency in Japanese and holding graduate degrees from Kyoto University, Japan, I offer consultation and support to facilitate connections with Japanese industries, while also being open to direct collaboration with Japanese companies in my areas of expertise.
